Our training sessions are the ideal place to start (or restart!) your journey—meet the teams, sharpen your skills, and enjoy the game at your own pace. From total newcomers to experienced players, everyone’s invited and welcomed warmly.

💰£2.50 per session 

No specialised kit required, normal trainers are okay & we have spare sticks for anyone who doesn’t have one. 

A chance to learn, have fun & practice some different skills.
