South Central would like to bid Dave Tobin a fond farewell

South Central Hockey bids a fond farewell to Dave Tobin as he moves to Devon, with heartfelt thanks for his many years of service to hockey and umpiring.

Dave served as Chairman of Bucks Umpires Association for more than twenty years, before the transition to South Central. During that time, he undertook umpiring appointments both locally and for South Region, alongside coaching and assessing many umpires.

His commitment extended well beyond his own matches. By sharing his experience and supporting other umpires in their development, Dave made a valuable contribution to the hockey community.

On behalf of everyone at South Central Hockey, we thank Dave for his dedication and the time he has given to the sport.

Dave, we wish you every happiness in your new home and county. Thank you for everything, and all the very best for your next chapter in Devon.
