Young female umpire

This is the future. #SouthCentralHockey needs more young people like Abby. Gosport Hockey Club introduced Abby as an umpire for her first game yesterday — supported by a senior umpire over radio and a coach/mentor on the side for moral support and halftime advice.
We’re so pleased to see this and are ready to support other clubs in initiatives like this.
