Ensuring that people who are working or volunteering with young people have the correct level of safeguarding training is very important. While a DBS check can determine whether someone is suitable for a role, having the right training can determine someone‚Äôs future actions.  It also helps to ensure that young people can have the best experience they can in hockey, safe in the knowledge that the people around them have up-to-date training.
