England Area Masters Tournament 2024

Over the weekend of 18th and 19th May, a number of Area Masters Championships took place is very hot weather conditions, which tested the fitness of all the athletes up and down the country. Teams competing where Men's Over 45's, Over 55's. Women Over 40's, 50's and 65's.

Whilst the competition and weather was hot, the camaraderie between team mates kept spirits high during the weekend.

#SouthCentralHockey was well represented by all the team managers who did an amazing job, selecting, organising and training players as well as running the games over the weekend. Players all performed to the best of their abilities leaving nothing in the tank.

In the final results The Men's Over 55's finished second in their group to South East Men on a single goal difference. The Women's Over 65's are now crowned Area Champions 2024 winning five and drawing only one of the six games.
