Have Your Name Show On The Match Team Sheet

Show off your goal scoring skills or keep tabs on your hockey stats by opting in to have your name show on the match day team sheet, by opting in to GMS consent, you can have your name next to each goal scored during your matches.  

How do I do this?  

Simply head to your GMS profile and update your consent preferences.  

What is GMS consent?  

We, at England Hockey, would like to share more in-depth match data (like the image below) with you, the players, by including full team lists, scorers, and cards on our websites, but, we need your permission to show your name.   

How do I show or hide my name?  

• Login to your GMS profile with your username and password  
• From your home screen, click on your initials in the top left-hand corner  
• Select My Profile, this will open in Contacts  
• Scroll across to ‘Consents’   
• Select opt-in or opt-out of your name appearing on the website  

 If you do not consent, your name will not be sent or shared on the website  

If you are the parent / carer of an U18 player, please follow the same process. Once you have logged into your profile, clicked ‘consents’, you will then be able to view and change the preferences for yourself and your child/dependent.  

What happens if I don't consent?  

If you opt-out, or leave the boxes unchecked, your name will not appear on the websites, and it will show as ‘Withheld’ in any team sheets that are made public.  

Can I change my consent?  

You can opt-in or opt-out at any time, and the websites will reflect your preference at that time.
