This seminar will feature coaches from Buckingham HC’s Ladies Indoor squad that featured at the EuroHockey Club Championship in February 2024.
Through the use of video clips from the tournament, which featured 10 of the top club teams in Europe, the seminar will explore:
- Techniques for indoor hockey
- Defensive structures
- Attacking principles
