South Masters League Team Entries 2025-26
The 2024/25 League season is almost complete and following our email on the different leagues open to enter a couple of weeks ago, we are now inviting clubs to make their Masters Team Entries for the 2025/26 South Masters League season.
To help you through the process we’ve provided a step-by-step guide below that describes the form layout and required information.
Please note that this form is open to all clubs/teams in London, South Central and South East and applies only to Masters Men's and Women's Hockey League entries.
All current and new teams should complete the entry form.
Deadline for entries: Thursday 1st May
Failure to submit your entries by this deadline may result in your club not being included in the Masters leagues next season.
This deadline is crucial for two primary reasons:
- League Structuring: Creating a balanced League structure for each age group requires sufficient time for us to consider all permutations and understanding of each club’s needs and intentions.
- Fixture Scheduling: Late entries delay the fixture generation process. Our goal is to finalise fixtures by early July, enabling clubs to secure pitch bookings as early as possible.

- Clubs may submit Men’s and Women’s team entries separately or together -- whichever is easiest for your club.
- Please ensure that the person submitting the form has reviewed all sections and requirements outlined below.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after your entry is sent successfully.
