Young Umpire Success

We would like to congratulate Charlie from Marlow Hockey Club following his umpiring at the recent U12 IN2Hockey National finals at Nottingham Hockey Centre. Charlie has been nominated to the National Promising Panel as a Young Umpire.  Charlie has been umpiring regularly since he was 14 at club level. This year he was put forward from the Area final as an umpire South Central Hockey was keen to see progress. Charlie umpired at the U12 national competition and was then asked to travel to Nottingham the following week to umpire at U14 national finals where he proved how competent he is by umpiring the final. Congratulations Charlie we look forward to seeing you on the Soth Central umpire circuit next season.
