Oxford Hawks Crowned Overall TA Cup Champions

Congratulations to all the South Central junior players who competed in the TA Cup in Nottingham from 24–26 July. It was fantastic to see so many talented young players representing their clubs at one of the country’s leading junior hockey tournaments.

A special congratulations goes to Oxford Hawks, who enjoyed an exceptional weekend of success. Their boys’ squad claimed the Pool A title, while the girls’ squad were crowned Pool C champions.

These outstanding performances combined to secure Oxford Hawks as the Overall TA Cup Champions, a remarkable achievement that reflects the dedication, teamwork and commitment shown by the players, coaches and supporters throughout the tournament.

Everyone at South Central Hockey congratulates Oxford Hawks on this fantastic accomplishment and extends its congratulations to all of the South Central players and clubs who took part in the competition. We look forward to seeing these talented young players continue to develop and thrive during the 2026/27 season.
