The divisions for the 2026/27 season have now been sorted and have gone to the fixture guru to allocate fixtures. Due to an influx of teams, especially in the South/Solent women’s league, there will be several 14-team divisions for the coming season. We looked at increasing the number of divisions, but Solent 1, 2 and 3 on the women’s side would have ended up with 9 team divisions, so fewer fixtures; we are constantly told that teams want more hockey!!!!
The season will start on 12th September 2026 for 13/14 team divisions and 19th September 2026 for others. There will be no October half-term break for 13/14 team divisions; the February half-term will be in place.
The league season will finish on 10th April and no fixture will be allowed to move beyond that date. The Play-Offs will be on 24th April 2027.
